What you are actually agreeing to
What does "cancel any time" really mean?
Open the app, tap Manage billing, cancel. That opens Stripe's own portal, so it is two clicks and no email to anyone. You keep every track until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What happens to my progress if I stop?
It stays. Your answers, your mastery and your CV are stored on your device, not on our server, and cancelling does not touch them. You drop back to your free track and everything is waiting if you come back.
Is the free track a trial?
No. There is no clock on it. One complete desk is free for as long as you want it, with the same questions, cases and formula sheets a subscriber gets for that desk.
Is VAT included?
Tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on where you are, and is shown before you confirm. The price you see on the payment page is the price you pay.
What if my card fails?
Nothing dramatic. You keep access while Stripe retries, the app warns you, and you can update your card from the same billing portal. An expired card is not treated as a cancellation.
